Msc. Public governance and Communication, Project manager of Vidzeme Planning Region, currently coordinating projects in fields of bioeconomy, rural development, smart specialisation, youth engagement, policy making, entrepreneurship and innovation in Interreg BSR programme, including EUSBSR PA Bioeconomy flagship project, Horizon 2020 programme, Swedish Institute Baltic Sea collaboration programme, and has previous experience also in Interreg Est-Lat and Interreg Central Baltic programmes. Previous work experience steps into private sector, non-governmental organisations as well as local government with focus on project management, strategic communication, outreach activities. Has gained knowledge on Swedish Institute Leadership programme on “Youth & Bioeconomy”, Council of the Baltic Sea states programme “Localizing SDGs”, have business advisor certificate, and is currently studying the Transnational Public Administration course in the Södertörn university in Sweden.
